Rob Lowe started his career in the early 1980’s as a member of the “Brat Pack.” Along with other “Brat Pack” actors Demi Moore, Charlie Sheen, and Emilio Estevez, Lowe began his climb as one of Hollywood’s rising movie stars. In 1983, Lowe filmed “The Outsiders,” which put a stamp on his career. In “The Outsiders,” Lowe played a supporting role with the help of fellow actors C. Thomas Howell and the late Patrick Swayze. The movie was deemed a success and after that Lowe received many opportunities to pursue his career in acting. Lowe was working on both “The Lyon’s Den” and “Dr. Vegas” when he was offered the role of Dr. Shepard in “Grey’s Anatomy” but he denied the role. After several episodic roles and independent films, 2010 Rob Lowe appears in a guest role in the “Parks & Rec” and “Californication” series. After “Parks & Rec,” which he recorded until 2015, Lowe received one of the main roles in the TV show “The Grinder.” By interpreting the role of an actor who tries to break through in the world of lawyer’s using his charm and talent, Lowe has picked up the sympathies of the audience again.
