The two most likely started dating around late 2016, at least that’s when the rumors started, when they were spotted leaving a Met Gala after party, together. The pair seem to still be going strong and Maxwell seems to have moved all of her belongings into Stewart’s LA home. While Kristen Stewart and her girlfriend are relatively private people there’s been a few glimpses into their romantic life.
