Pelosi’s birth name is Nancy Patricia D’Alessandro. Her parents’ names are Thomas D’Alessandro and Annunciata Lombardi D’Alessandro. She was the only daughter and last born of six children. They lived in Little Italy on Albemarle Street. She comes from a family that was involved in politics and was known as the mayor’s daughter when she was young.
