Tomica Wright is a film producer and the widow of rapper Eric Wright who was popularly called as Eazy-E. After the death of her husband in 1995 due to HIV, she inherited his assets and wealth and is now the owner and CEO of Ruthless Records label.

Eric and Tomica Wright had met at an LA nightclub in 1991 and began dating each other. Tomica at that time was a single mother working in Motown. After 4 years of a wonderful courtship, the two tied the knot in the year 1995. It was 12 days before Eric died of AIDS disease. Eric died on 29 March 1995.

Tomica Wright and Eric’s son Little Eazy-E have settled their legal battle over the use of the N.W.A. name which has been going on for years.
Their lawsuit started in 2017 when Tomica and Ruthless Records sued Eric Wright Jr. and N.W.An Entertainment as they had claimed ownership of the label’s trademarks.
Little Eazy-E won’t be able to use the names “Straight Outta Compton,” “N.W.A.” and “Ruthless” but can use the “Rich & Ruthless”.
