Born on 2 July 1992 in Forestville, Sydney, Australia, William Singe whose full name is Liam Anthony ‘William’ Singe is of Maori Australian descent. His current age is 26. William started work as a bank teller at the Commonwealth Bank in Dee Why. He was looking out for a break as a musician. In 2011, he auditioned for The X Factor season 3 and was able to make it up to the boot camp stage.
In 2012, he again tried in the season 4 of the show and sang Justin Bieber’s One Less Lonely Girl and to this while performing he added rap lyrics that he had himself written. On 22 November 2012, The Collective band signed a contract with Sony Music in Australia. Their mini-album which was self-titled released on 14 December 2012. It was certified gold and debuted on no. 11 on the ARIA Albums Chart.
He also appeared in Bella Ferraro’s single. He left the group in 2015 and started his solo run.

He started his lone musical journey by recording cover tracks of contemporary singers such as Justin Bieber, Drake and the like. He sang the songs in his house and posted the videos on YouTube and Facebook. His fan base increased gradually and presently he has over 2 million followers on his social media.
He got signed to the reputed Paradigm. He was invited for collaborations with Liam Payne and T-Pain. This was indeed a memorable moment for him. His most popular video is his cover of Drake’s song Hotline Bling. It got more than 25 million views in one month after its upload. It was number 1 on Spotify’s US Viral 50 chart.
