Harris Faulkner’s new program
On 26 September 2017, it has been announced by Fox News Channel that from 2 October 2017, there would be a new daytime news show which would be hosted by Harris Faulkner. It will be at 1 pm. This new series called ‘Outnumbered Overtime with Harris Faulkner’ would immediately follow the previous show called ‘Outnumbered’ and which airs at 12 noon.
This new show would continue the top stories with the field journalists of FNC and also have one-to-one interviews with the newsmakers and roundtable discussions with some of the top contributors to the networks’ news. She would continue being on ‘Outnumbered’. Dana Perino and Sandra Smith will additionally get some separate news slots.

Harris Faulkner’s career
Harris started as a journalist with the LA Weekly where she would contribute and take $ 50 per article. She then switched to the television and took up an internship at KCOP-TV in LA. Here she did small jobs. After this, she migrated to WNCT-TV, Greenville, North Carolina as a reporter and anchor.
For nearly 8 years, from March 1992 to 2000, Harris worked with Kansas City’s WDAF-TV as an evening anchor. She was stalked here by a former employee from North Carolina. She worked in a similar position at KSTP-TV in Minneapolis-Saint Paul till 2004.
After this, Harris joined Fox News Channel. She soon gained ground at this channel and mounted the rungs of the ladder of success. She anchored a number of day and evening shows and also filled-in for other anchors. She also did both weekdays and weekend programs.
In April 2014, she took over the reigns as a co-host of ‘Outnumbered’. She has received 6 Emmy Awards for her great performance. These awards she had received when she was in Minneapolis.
