He began his musical career in 2010. ‘Moments,’ his debut album, was released independently under his birth name. The album was noticed, and he was approached by the recording label Xist Music, who signed him to a recording contract in 2012. By this point, he had adopted the stage name ‘NF.’ The music label announced his extended play, ‘NF,’ but it was never released due to a legal dispute.
