Jamie Luner is a versatile actress who is known for her role in Melrose Place. She was born in Palo Alto on 12 May 1971. Her mother Susan is a former actress and used to manage her daughter’s affairs for the first few years of her career. Her father is Stuart Luner who worked as a sales representative.
Her parents divorced when she was just 3 years old. Her brother is David Luner who is 3 years older to her. He owns a ceramic store. Her grandmother is Shirley Rosen. She is of Jewish ethnicity and used to study at the Beverly Hills High School.

In early 2018, news came that a boy named Anthony Oliver accused Jamie of sexually assaulting him. He claimed that this had happened about 20 years ago, in 1998, when he was a minor of 16 years old.
Oliver claimed that Jamie had infact drugged him at a, and performed oral sex on him while she had someone else film the whole assault.
However, Jamie denied all the allegations. In September 2018, the court decided to not file ant charges in connection to the assault.
