“Being active is a huge part of who I am, but being on a television show makes it complicated to find time, so sometimes you have to be pretty creative. I do a lot of different things, it really just depends on my day. I’ll do anything from running sprint intervals when I can get hold of a treadmill, to streaming Tracy Anderson workouts on my phone, to keeping a pair of three-pronged weights and ankle weights and a mat in my trailer. I take pilates classes and train when there’s a free moment with my trainer, Jenn Seracuse, who does a lot of really small muscular work. If I have a Sunday off I’ll go to a dance class.”
Audrey modifies her exercises based on how much time she has at hand for it out of her tight daily schedule. Talking about her job and fitness, Audrey said:
“I feel like it’s my responsibility to stay healthy as part of my job playing this particular character, who’s an active woman and a strong FBI agent.”
