Green starred in a series of popular movies in the ’80s. Moving from her first-ever film role in The Goonies to Lucas and Three For the Road, both opposite Charlie Sheen. Green made TV appearances in the early 2000s.

Had a keen interest in acting 

Kerri was born on January 14, 1967, in Fort Lee, New Jersey. In 1984, Skipping her summer camp and went to show up some movie auditions in New York City. This led her to the attention of none other than Steven Spielberg (American filmmaker).

Following the release of ‘Three For the Road’ movie, Kerri decided to quit acting and studied art at Vassar College. She enrolled at Vassar College and completed her graduation. From the beginning of her childhood, she had a keen interest in acting and began to learn from the very early age.

Biggest Hits in 90’s

Kerri began her acting career at the young age. Kerri Green’s first film role was the pretty popular as Andy Carmichael in ‘The Goonies’. Including ‘Murder She Wrote’ and ‘ER’ she continued occasionally acting in TV movies and TVshows.

Green also co-founded a movie production company, Independent Women Artists. She starred in a 2012 independent film called ‘Complacent’.

Kerri got huge recognition from her extraordinary role in the movie Lucas. As a writer and director, Kerri has also work in a movie named Bellyfruit in 1999. She received critical acclaim for her direction of the film Bellyfruit.

Movie Goonies which was one of the biggest hits of 1985. Also that year, she played one of John Candy’s three children in the movie Summer Rental in 1985. However, in 1986, she gave her most polished performance in David Seltzer’s Lucas.

Kerri was reunited with Charlie Sheen For 1987’s road movie titled ‘Three For the Road’ which came out in 1987. In this movie, she played Robin, the rebellious daughter of a ruthless senator.

Green hasn’t done much acting after the mid-1990’s. But Green launch a production company, Independent Women Artists.

As of the mid-2000’s, she still writes screenplays and other projects. She also starred in a 2012 film, ‘Complacent’. In 2009, Green reassembled with the cast for the 25th anniversary and told Empire magazine,

Andy would still be in her mini-skirt, with a cigarette and martini, waiting for [Brolin’s character] to come home!”
